	Rabbi Rav Moshe Portnoy was The Spirtual Leader of the Young Israel of Plainview Rabbi, Rav Moshe Portnoy, is a highly regarded scholar in the Torah community. He has held positions in the Orthodox Union, and is presently involved in the National Council of Young Israel and the Long Island Bet Din.
